chain in breads, bakery premixes, cereals, pastas,
vegetarian products and several confectionary products.

Vital Wheat Gluten is essentially a protein derived from
wheat flour and amongst other things provides consistency
in flour and has a high water binding capacity and extended
shelf life for finished products.
